At the oral argument counsel for the plaintiff-husband conceded that the division of estate was within legal rules and that the division as made by the trial court did not reflect an abuse of discretion. This portion of the judgment is therefore affirmed and will not be discussed except to note that the parties owned no real estate and only a limited amount of personal property.
