Louis Fields, from a final judgment entered on September 23, 1970, in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Albert Wilensky, permitting the recovery of the principal on a promissory note. Plaintiff, defendant and one Joseph G. Bland were principals in a corporation; plaintiff loaned the corporation funds but was apparently unwilling to lend such funds without some type of security.
