OPINION PER CURIAM, June 1, 1971:

On June 27, 1947, appellant, with the advice of counsel, entered a plea of guilty to murder generally, was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. No post-trial motions were filed and no appeal was taken.
