In this personal injury case, the plaintiff Allen Moore sued for damages allegedly caused by two vehicles, one, an automobile driven by the defendant Sanford Napier, and the other, a Checker cab driven by James Cunningham. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants and answered a special interrogatory finding that Moore was not guilty of any negligence which proximately contributed...
