This is an appeal by Serge Christian Hysohion (Hysohion) and Eduardo Rimbaud (Rimbaud) from judgments of conviction entered on December 23, 1969 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Cannella, D. J.) convicting said Hysohion and Rimbaud after trial by jury on both counts of a two-count indictment.
