Petitioner is a prisoner at the Federal Correctional Institution at Sandstone, Minnesota, serving a five-year sentence imposed on or about October 7, 1969 by the Honorable Julius J. Hoffman of the Northern District of Illinois for interstate fraud by wire in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343.
