PER CURIAM.

On July 19, 1960, the defendant pled guilty to a charge of second-degree murder. MCLA § 750.317 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.549). On August 2, 1960, the date set for sentencing, the defendant moved to set aside the plea. The trial court denied the motion and proceeded to sentence the defendant to life imprisonment.
