PER CURIAM:

Swank appeals his conviction, after jury trial, for violating 18 U.S.C. § 371 (federal conspiracy) and 18 U.S.C. § 1084 (use of wire facilities in interstate commerce for transmitting wagering information). This court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
