OPINION

MURPHY, Justice.

Appeal from an order of the district court denying defendant's petition for postconviction relief. Contrary to defendant's contentions, the court below found that his conviction was valid and not founded upon an involuntary confession.

It appears from the record that defendant was tried in 1945 for the murder of his wife and four children. He was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. The facts...
