Town House Motel, Inc., obtained a judgment against Richard T. Ward and Virginia M. Ward in the sum of $3,820.29. Thereafter a levy on the defendants' personal property was had and the Wards' 1967 Chrysler was seized. On December 1, 1967 the vehicle was sold at a sheriff's sale and purchased by the only bidder, Town House Motel, for the sum of $2,600. Subsequently a certificate...
