Appellants Kates, Adams and Kritel were convicted at a joint bench trial of various bookmaking offenses in violation of Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 240. On appeal it is contended: (1) that the search warrant under which incriminating evidence was seized from the appellants was issued without probable cause; (2) that the evidence seized was inadmissible because the State failed to introduce the search warrant...
