UTTER, J.

Evelyn D. Jensen appeals from a judgment forfeiting her vendee's interest as a contract purchaser. The question presented on appeal is whether the trial court's findings of fact support its conclusions of law that Miss Jensen's interest in the real estate contract should be forfeited. We hold they do not.
