This writ of error is directed to an adverse ruling on Workman's motion for relief under Colo.R.Crim.P. 35(b).

Workman was convicted of aggravated robbery on his plea of guilty on March 15, 1965, and was sentenced to the state penitentiary. His application for release by way of habeas corpus was denied.
