As a result of the dismissal of defendant's wife's divorce complaint, plaintiff was awarded $4,500 in attorney fees to be paid by defendant. Rose v. Rose (1968), 10 Mich.App. 233. Defendant has refused to pay that sum as ordered and has been ordered to show cause why he should not be held...
