DAWSON, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency of $188.02 in petitioner's Federal income tax for the year 1968. The only issue for decision is whether the petitioner is entitled to a dependency deduction in 1968 for his daughter-in-law, Jennifer Izard Greene.
