This is an action for damages for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident which occurred on April 7, 1966, in Montgomery County, Tennessee. The original summons in the cause, addressed to the Sheriff of Montgomery County and listing the address of the defendant, Michael Blegan as Fort Campbell, Kentucky, was issued on November 17, 1966, and was received by the Secretary of State the following day.
