Humphrey, his wife, defendants-appellees, on a promissory note and a mortgage on certain real property owned by the defendants who had executed the note and mortgage to the Arkansas Loan & Thrift Corporation, which corporation assigned the note and mortgage to Savings Guaranty Corporation.
