Plaintiff was engaged in the business of supplying gravel and leasing equipment to contractors. Defendants are the sureties on a payment bond of Newman Construction Corp. and Corbeau Construction Corp., the contractors on a State job for the construction of buildings at the Tyron School for Boys at West Perth, New York.
