COCHRAN, Justice.

Thomas Elmo Lewis was tried by the court and found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. From the judgment order sentencing him to the Bureau of Corrections Field Unit for a period of 12 months we granted him a writ of error.

The sole question is whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain the conviction.
