This is a companion case to Domingeaux v. Davis et al., 250 So.2d 432 (our docket number 3512) in which a separate judgment is being rendered by us this date.

We note that there was no judgment presented to the trial court affecting this suit. The appeal is therefore premature. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 2083.

All costs of this appeal are assessed against defendants appellants.
