While at a bus terminal-restaurant in Grafton, North Dakota, plaintiff, Mrs. Josephine Zatina, tumbled down a flight of steps and sustained severe and permanent injuries. She brought an action alleging that the negligence of the bus terminal-cafe operator, S. E. Wysocki, and Greyhound Lines, Inc. caused her injuries.
