This action was brought by the United Transportation Union under the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., seeking a preliminary injunction to enjoin an alleged unilateral change in working conditions by the Georgia Railroad in violation of the status quo provisions of the Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 156, 160.
