This is an appeal from a conviction for Theft of Property to wit: a Leach Courtroom Recorder valued at one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500.00). Appellant was sentenced to not less than one (1) nor more than (10) years, and was disfranchised and rendered incapable of holding any office of trust or profit for the term of his sentence.
