The plaintiff, Doctor Don, and a number of his patients filed an action against the defendant hospital, the Board of Trustees thereof and also members of the medical staff of the hospital complaining that his and his patients' rights had been violated as a result of the action of the Board of Trustees denying him admission to the staff of the Okmulgee Hospital (in Okmulgee, Oklahoma). The trial court dismissed his suit for damages...
