Defendant Willie Timmons, charged with armed robbery [MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1971 Cum Supp § 28.797)], was convicted upon a jury verdict and was sentenced to 7-1/2 to 9 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right, raising four issues.
