This appeal comes from an order of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit on June 19, 1970 affirming the judgment and sentence of the district magistrate, District Court of Kona. Following his conviction at trial for the crime of larceny, appellant George Tackett was sentenced to serve thirty days in jail, fifteen days suspended for thirteen months, and to pay a fine of $100, $50 suspended for thirteen months.
