This action was instituted by plaintiffs-appellants Harry Gay and his wife against Guy Harris and James Mattson. The plaintiffs sought damages for personal injuries sustained by Harry Gay arising out of a collision of two vehicles operated by defendant-respondent Guy Harris and James Mattson, respectively. On separate motions of each of the defendants, summary judgment was entered against the plaintiffs. The Gays have not appealed from the summary...
