This is an appeal from a decision of the Genesee county circuit court,1 where it was held that a back-to-work payment under § 27 (c)(2) of the Michigan Employment Security Act, MCLA § 421.27 (c) (2) (Stat Ann 1968 Rev § 17.529 [c] [2]), is due a claimant whose termination from employment resulted from "unsatisfactory job performance."
