This is a suit by Peggy Loriene Knighten Castle against her former husband, Jefferson B. Knighten, in the Chancery Court of Clarke County, Mississippi. It was brought for the purpose of removing a cloud upon the title to certain lands located in Clarke County, Mississippi.
