Plaintiff-appellant, Clarence C. Miller, received a verdict and judgment in his favor in his negligence action (rear-end collision), but made a motion for new trial on the usual general grounds and one special ground urging that the verdict was so grossly inadequate as to justify the inference of gross mistake, undue bias, and prejudice on the part of the jury.
