Plaintiff, Midwest Teen Centers, Inc., brought this action for money damages against defendant City of Roseville, a municipal corporation, alleging wrongful revocation of a dance hall permit. The trial court, pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1), granted defendant's motion for summary judgment for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. Plaintiff appeals as of right.
