The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) petitions the Court for enforcement of its order issued against the respondents, collectively referred to herein as the ILA District, pursuant to a finding by the Board that the respondents had engaged in an unfair labor practice in violation of Section 8(b) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
