On 13 November 1969 Myron Saul Buckner, Allen Myron Buckner, Lydia Buckner and Joyce Buckner were found guilty by a jury at a joint trial in the Circuit Court for Howard County under indictment 4564 of unlawfully keeping a house for the purpose of selling lottery tickets, proscribed by Code, Art. 27, § 360 (1st count), and unlawfully having lottery slips in their possession, proscribed by Code, Art. 27, § 362...
