This is an appeal from a summary judgment by which the trial court decreed that the will of Sarah Linda Welch effectively passed title to certain oil and gas royalty interests to named individuals "as trustees and successor trustees under the will of Robert A. Welch and of the Robert A. Welch Foundation," and that they recover title to and possession of the royalty interests and the accumulated income...
