The rapid and substantial increase in value of the Peters Farm, a tract of land of some 200 acres, occasioned by the probability that soon it would be annexed by the City of Frederick and would be rezoned for more profitable uses, led to the summary decree of the Circuit Court for Frederick County, holding that the appellant, Richard E. Zimmerman, a lawyer and licensed real estate broker, had breached his fiduciary...
