BROWN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's petition for a writ of error coram nobis. Appellant contends the writ should have been granted because (a) he was without counsel, (b) he was not intelligently capable of waiving his right to counsel, and (c) he was not intellectually capable of understanding the effects and consequences of his plea of guilty.
