LOTTINGER, Judge.
This is an automobile accident case wherein a backing motorist collided with an automobile pulling into a service station. The plaintiffs are Charles A. Vonderbruegge and his wife, Mrs. Ruby Byrd Vonderbruegge, and the defendants are Mrs. Lanelle W. Bethea and her liability insurer, Insurance Company of North America.
