THOMPSON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Velma B. Spillers, the appellant, a bookkeeper for Levi-Ottenheimer Company, managed to steal a considerable sum of money during her employment from December, 1962, to December, 1966. She was convicted of several offenses in the Criminal Court of Baltimore and was sentenced to a total term of eight years, Judge William J. O'Donnell presiding with a jury.
