OPINION and ORDER

McCUNE, District Judge.

We are asked to grant a new trial in the within case following the entry of a directed verdict for the defendants at the close of plaintiff's testimony.

The complaint alleged that Wilmer O. Parker traveling alone on July 4, 1966, at about 8:30 P.M. was operating his Ford car on Interstate 70 east of Belle Vernon in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, when he reached a dip in the road. As he went in and out...
