The sole question to be determined on this appeal is whether or not the plaintiff, Guaranty Bank and Trust Company of Gretna, Louisiana, is entitled to the amount of stipulated attorney's fees as holder of a note unpaid at maturity which was executed by one Harry Powers, now deceased.
