Plaintiff and his friends entered defendant's train yard on June 6, 1956, when he was 13 years and 10 months of age, and used it not merely as a quick passageway or shortcut across a street, but as a playground. Plaintiff admittedly recognized the dangers and understood he was doing something wrong.
