BRADY, Justice:

This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Hinds County, Mississippi, wherein the appellants sought to obtain a distribution of funds and an adjustment in accordance with certain partnerships' interest and an assignment of partnership interest by the appellee dated November 5, 1965. The chancellor dismissed the suit with prejudice. From that decision this appeal is taken.
