Ancel James Holland, the appellant, was convicted of the possession of heroin and of conducting a nuisance house at 1030 North Gilmore Street in the City of Baltimore. He was also convicted of possession of heroin and conducting a nuisance house at 1130 North Gilmore Street. He was sentenced by Judge Albert L. Sklar, presiding with a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore...
