This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claims 24-27 of appellant's application entitled "Dry Transfer Sheet and Method."1 No claims have been allowed.

The invention relates to a dry transfer sheet having a plurality of discrete characters or indicia spaced apart from one another in order to enable independent and selective transfer of the individual characters...
