This case is before us on the respondent's substitute bill of exceptions which relate solely to the admission and exclusion of evidence at the trial of the petitioner's claim for damages resulting from a partial land taking by the respondent for highway purposes in Wareham. We conclude there was no error.

The property before the taking consisted of approximately ninety-two acres of land. Of the land taken, approximately eighteen acres were woodland...
