Our present concern is a 1.27 acre tract (the property) in the Second Election District of Howard County lying on the north side of State Route 108 about 600 feet west of its junction with Old Annapolis Road. The property, part of an old subdivision known as "Columbia Woodlands," consists of nine lots each fronting 25 feet on Route 108.
