This is a suit filed by Lillie Knighten against Henry Ruffin and Allstate Finance Corporation in which she seeks to be declared the owner of an undivided one-fourth interest in certain real estate. The Lower Court rendered judgment in favor of defendants and dismissing petitioner's demand at her costs. Petitioner has taken an appeal.
