These actions arise from an alleged multi-million dollar fraud on the United States perpetrated by Andrew L. Stone and Francis N. Rosenbaum through their controlled corporations, Chromcraft Corp. and its successor, Alsco, Inc., prime contractors in the production of rocket launchers.
