Following a trial by jury wherein a guilty verdict for the crime of robbery was returned, the movant-appellant, S.W. Asher, was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a term of ten to twenty-five years. An appeal was taken to this Court and on February 3, 1969, this Court affirmed the judgment of the trial court. Asher v. State (1969), 253 Ind. 25,
