The appeal in this workman's compensation case involves notice under § 59-10-13.4, N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl.Vol. 9, pt. 1). Plaintiff suffered an injury in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. There is no question as to the employer's knowledge of the accident and of a "no lost time" injury where medical attention was provided by the employer.
